Chad Houser
Chad has been a chef for 16 years, most recently selling his share of partnership in Parigi Restaurant to devote his full attention to Café Momentum as executive director. Chad previously served as President of the board of directors for Dallas Farmers Market Friends, and is the current Vice Chair of the El Centro Exes Association. Awards include the 2011 Edible Dallas/Fort Worth “Local Hero - Chef” award, and multiple nominations from D Magazine for
Best Up-And-Coming Chef (2010) and Best Chef (2011 and 2012).

Corey Admire
Corey Admire is a public finance attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. who works with governmental entities such as cities, counties and state agencies, as well as with corporate entities including 501(c)(3) non-profits, to finance large capital projects. Having grown up in the North Texas area, she has been active in a number of community initiatives and organizations, both on the volunteer and board leadership level. A passionate believer in the importance of serving others, she is committed to furthering the mission of Cafe Momentum and to providing the young people it serves an opportunity for a better future.
Vice Chair
Janice Provost
Janice is the chef and owner of a 28 year old bistro in Dallas called Parigi. When she is not cooking in the kitchen, you will find her volunteering her time to the community through her involvement in several organizations. She is a member of Les Dames d’ Escoffier, Dallas Farmers Market Friends, and President of the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association. She is also co-founder of Café Momentum.

Chris Quadri
Chris is the Director of Operations & Development at Youth Village Resources of Dallas. He has extensive nonprofit start-up experience, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to social justice issues. Chris is passionate about criminal justice, life transformation and community building through entrepreneurship. Chris is also a board member for Greater Dallas Restaurant Association and Art for Andy.
Secretary
Jerry Silhan
Jerry spent 35 years in the music business. In 2005 Jerry moved back to Dallas Texas to begin a career with Nonprofits. He is a graduate of the Center for Nonprofit Management’s Brookhaven College Nonprofit Management Certification program. He is a graduate of the CNM’s SMU nonprofit Leadership Classes. Jerry became the first ever Executive Director of Youth Village Resources of Dallas in September of 2007.
